The CIP Hours of the wheel Chair service- Zheng Liang

I have gone to do the servicing of the wheelchair i felt it was very fun. dismantling the wheel chair and cleaning it. i never knew tat a wheelchair actually needed so much screw.. and the brakes are to be adjust so frequently. thought cleaning the wheel chair is like a dirty job, but its toleratable.. the oil-ing of parts tat makes ur hand so greesy and picking the dust that are so much hidden under the wheels. but i do enjoy it overall. it is very slack though haha.

signing off
Zheng Liang :P

mount kinabalu trip-LIYANA

well...in june from the 1-5,a group of uniformed grouped people went to mount kinabalu. It was a very memorable journey. During the climb,we learnt that teamwork is important. If there is no teamwork,we wouldnt have managed to reach our stop which is at laban rata. For example, some of us are fit and we could climb up the mountain easily, but not forgetting that there are others that are not as fit as some of us,so they find it difficult to climb the mountain. But with teamwork,we could help to enlighten them physically and mentally so that they could also achieve the goal of reaching to the laban rata.

In teamwork, there must be communication. NO COMMUNICATION,NO TEAMWORK. communication is really important as without communication,we could achieve nothing as there is no ideas or suggestions given on how to make things or situations better.

There is also another point that we learnt through the trip. No matter what, discipline must not be compromised. No matter where we are or what we do,as long as u are a uniform group member, discipline must always be displayed as we are holding onto the name of NPCC.
We must uphold the name of NPCC as a uniform group. Learn how to draw a line. If it is time to have fun,we can have fun. If it is time to be serious,we will be serious. there is a time for everything.

To the cadet leaders, there is one point that i would like to share with you. Learn to see what the cadets are capable of than to help them in what they are capable of. What i am trying to say is that, rather than you ,as cadet leaders, help the cadets in everything and every problem that they faced,it is better if you just leave them and see what they are capable of doing if they were to fall into a situation. And from there, you could see what the cadets will do to encounter the problem and maybe learn new ways on how to encounter the problems that are encountered by the cadets.

For cadet leaders whom have difficulty drawing a line or find it difficult to be strict to your juniors, here is a phrase that someone told me.

"Know your role, play it.Know what you say, mean it."

Mybe it would help in ur difficulty of being strict.

Well, i hope that you all managed to understand what i am trying to say and share to you. Hope some of the points shared could be shown durin NPCC parades and courses.

here are some pictures to show the fun times we had there:
